When booking the services of Tampereen Laulustudio you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Singing lessons will always be invoiced by email at the end of the month. The invoice will be sent by our company Mustonen & Poika Oy.
Gift vouchers will be invoiced as soon as the required information has been provided.
The gift voucher will become valid as soon as the invoice has been sent. They are valid for 6 months.
The invoice must be paid by the due date. Otherwise, late payment interest will be charged.

Singing lessons must be postponed or cancelled 12 hours before the start of the lesson. For singing lessons cancelled or postponed later, 50% of the lesson price will be charged.
If a student is 15 minutes late, the teacher is not obliged to make up for the lost time. However, the lesson can be held, but it will only be held for the remaining time.
If the teacher is late, they are obliged to make up for the lost time.
If the teacher has to cancel the lesson, they are obliged to make up for it.
