When booking the services of Tampereen Laulustudio you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Lessons will always be invoiced via email.
The invoice will be sent by our company Mustonen & Poika Oy.
A new singing lesson cannot be booked if the previous invoice has not been paid.
Gift vouchers will be invoiced as soon as the required information has been provided.
The gift voucher will become valid as soon as the invoice has been paid.
Vouchers are valid for 6 months.
The invoice must be paid by the due date. Otherwise, late payment interest will be charged.

Singing lessons must be postponed or cancelled 12 hours before the start of the lesson.
For singing lessons cancelled or postponed later, 50% of the lesson price will be charged.
If a student is late, the teacher is not obliged to make up for the lost time.
However, the lesson can be held, but it will only be held for the remaining time.
If the student fails to come to the pre-paid lesson, the teacher does
not have obligation to compensate for the hours.
If the teacher is late, they are obliged to make up for the lost time.
If the teacher has to cancel the lesson, they are obliged to make up for it.
